Deze voorwaarden gelden voor elke bestelling die via bertdeleeuw.be wordt geplaatst. Door een bestelling te plaatsen aanvaardt u ze uitdrukkelijk. Afwijkingen gelden enkel indien wij ze schriftelijk bevestigen.
Het werk 1/24×23×22…×1 verschijnt in twee sets van elk 50 genummerde exemplaren, aangevuld met 4 kunstenaarsexemplaren (AP) per set. Elk exemplaar wordt geleverd met een echtheidscertificaat, ondertekend door Hendrik De Leeuw, zoon en erfgenaam van de kunstenaar, en is online verifieerbaar via de QR-code op dat certificaat.
De elementen zijn met de hand afgewerkt. Kleine verschillen in nerf, kleur en afwerking zijn eigen aan het materiaal en vormen geen gebrek.
Alle prijzen zijn uitgedrukt in euro, inclusief 6% btw. Verzendkosten worden apart aangerekend: € 15 binnen België, € 30 binnen Europa. Afhalen na afspraak in Antwerpen is gratis. Voor bestemmingen buiten de Europese Unie kunnen invoerrechten en lokale belastingen verschuldigd zijn; die zijn ten laste van de koper.
Een bestelling via het formulier is bindend. De overeenkomst komt tot stand zodra wij uw bestelling schriftelijk bevestigen, normaal binnen twee werkdagen. Wij behouden ons het recht voor een bestelling te weigeren wanneer het gevraagde exemplaar niet meer beschikbaar is; in dat geval wordt u meteen verwittigd en is er geen overeenkomst.
Na bevestiging ontvangt u een factuur, betaalbaar binnen 14 dagen op rekening BE37 3630 7962 6128 met vermelding van het factuurnummer. De verzending gebeurt na ontvangst van de volledige betaling. Bij laattijdige betaling behouden wij ons het recht voor de bestelling te annuleren en het exemplaar opnieuw beschikbaar te stellen.
Wij verzenden binnen vijf werkdagen na ontvangst van de betaling, verzekerd en met tracking. Het risico gaat over op de koper bij levering. Wordt een zending beschadigd afgeleverd, meld dat dan binnen zeven dagen met foto's, zodat wij het dossier bij de vervoerder kunnen openen.
Koopt u als consument op afstand, dan hebt u veertien kalenderdagen vanaf de dag na ontvangst om de overeenkomst zonder opgave van reden te herroepen. Meld dit per e-mail aan editie@bertdeleeuw.be.
De wettelijke garantie van twee jaar op conformiteitsgebreken is van toepassing voor consumenten. Slijtage door normaal gebruik, schade door verkeerd gebruik en de natuurlijke veroudering van het materiaal vallen daar niet onder.
Het geleverde exemplaar blijft onze eigendom tot de volledige betaling is ontvangen. De aankoop verleent geen enkel reproductierecht: alle auteursrechten op het werk blijven bij de rechthebbenden van Bert De Leeuw.
Wij verwerken uw gegevens uitsluitend om uw bestelling te behandelen, te factureren en het certificaat op te maken, en houden ze bij zolang de wet dat vereist. Uw gegevens worden niet doorgegeven aan derden voor commerciële doeleinden. U kunt inzage, correctie of verwijdering vragen via editie@bertdeleeuw.be.
Klachten kunt u richten aan editie@bertdeleeuw.be. Consumenten kunnen ook terecht op het Europese platform voor onlinegeschillenbeslechting: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Op deze overeenkomst is het Belgische recht van toepassing; geschillen behoren tot de bevoegdheid van de rechtbanken van Antwerpen.

These terms apply to every order placed through bertdeleeuw.be. By placing an order you accept them. Any deviation applies only if we confirm it in writing.
The work 1/24×23×22…×1 is issued in two sets of 50 numbered copies each, plus 4 artist's proofs (AP) per set. Every copy comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by Hendrik De Leeuw, the artist's son and heir, and can be verified online via the QR code on that certificate.
The elements are finished by hand. Small variations in grain, colour and finish are inherent to the material and are not defects.
All prices are in euro, including 6% VAT. Shipping is charged separately: € 15 within Belgium, € 30 within Europe. Collection by appointment in Antwerp is free. For destinations outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes may apply and are payable by the buyer.
An order placed through the form is binding. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order in writing, normally within two working days. We may decline an order if the requested copy is no longer available; you will be informed immediately and no contract arises.
After confirmation you receive an invoice, payable within 14 days to account BE37 3630 7962 6128, quoting the invoice number. Shipping follows receipt of payment in full. If payment is late we may cancel the order and release the copy.
We ship within five working days of receiving payment, insured and tracked. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. If a shipment arrives damaged, report it within seven days with photographs so we can open a claim with the carrier.
If you buy as a consumer at a distance, you have fourteen calendar days from the day after receipt to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Notify us by e-mail at editie@bertdeleeuw.be.
The statutory two-year warranty against lack of conformity applies to consumers. It does not cover normal wear, damage from improper use, or the natural ageing of the material.
The copy remains our property until payment has been received in full. Purchase grants no reproduction rights whatsoever: all copyright in the work remains with the rights holders of Bert De Leeuw.
We process your data solely to handle and invoice your order and to produce the certificate, and retain it as long as the law requires. Your data is not passed to third parties for commercial purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion at editie@bertdeleeuw.be.
Complaints can be addressed to editie@bertdeleeuw.be. Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Belgian law applies; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.

L'œuvre 1/24×23×22…×1 paraît en deux ensembles de 50 exemplaires numérotés chacun, complétés de 4 épreuves d'artiste (AP) par ensemble. Chaque exemplaire est accompagné d'un certificat d'authenticité signé par Hendrik De Leeuw, fils et héritier de l'artiste, vérifiable en ligne via le code QR figurant sur ce certificat.
Les éléments sont finis à la main. De légères variations de veinage, de teinte et de finition sont propres au matériau et ne constituent pas un défaut.
Tous les prix sont exprimés en euros, TVA 6% comprise. Les frais d'envoi sont facturés séparément : 15 € en Belgique, 30 € en Europe. Le retrait sur rendez-vous à Anvers est gratuit. Pour les destinations hors Union européenne, des droits d'importation et taxes locales peuvent être dus et sont à charge de l'acheteur.
Une commande passée via le formulaire est ferme. Le contrat est conclu dès que nous confirmons votre commande par écrit, normalement sous deux jours ouvrables. Nous nous réservons le droit de refuser une commande si l'exemplaire demandé n'est plus disponible ; vous en serez averti immédiatement et aucun contrat ne naîtra.
Après confirmation, vous recevez une facture payable sous 14 jours sur le compte IBAN BE37 3630 7962 6128, en mentionnant le numéro de facture. L'envoi suit la réception du paiement intégral. En cas de retard de paiement, nous pouvons annuler la commande et remettre l'exemplaire en vente.
Nous expédions dans les cinq jours ouvrables suivant la réception du paiement, en envoi assuré et suivi. Le risque est transféré à l'acheteur à la livraison. Si un colis arrive endommagé, signalez-le sous sept jours avec photographies afin que nous puissions ouvrir un dossier auprès du transporteur.
Si vous achetez en tant que consommateur à distance, vous disposez de quatorze jours calendrier à compter du lendemain de la réception pour vous rétracter sans motif. Informez-nous par e-mail à editie@bertdeleeuw.be.
La garantie légale de deux ans contre les défauts de conformité s'applique aux consommateurs. Elle ne couvre pas l'usure normale, les dommages résultant d'un usage inapproprié ni le vieillissement naturel du matériau.
L'exemplaire livré reste notre propriété jusqu'au paiement intégral. L'achat ne confère aucun droit de reproduction : tous les droits d'auteur sur l'œuvre demeurent auprès des ayants droit de Bert De Leeuw.
Nous traitons vos données uniquement pour traiter et facturer votre commande et pour établir le certificat, et les conservons aussi longtemps que la loi l'exige. Vos données ne sont pas transmises à des tiers à des fins commerciales. Vous pouvez demander l'accès, la rectification ou la suppression à editie@bertdeleeuw.be.
Les réclamations peuvent être adressées à editie@bertdeleeuw.be. Les consommateurs peuvent également recourir à la plateforme européenne de règlement en ligne des litiges : ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Le droit belge est applicable ; les litiges relèvent de la compétence des tribunaux d'Anvers.
